The new service cost to an improved lot (has both well and septic, OR foundation, in place) is $400, plus $4.00/
ft for single-phase. Multi-phase service extensions will be charged $600, plus a rate of $6.00 per foot.
The new service cost to an unimproved lot is $600 plus $6.00/ft. for single-phase. For three-phase, a $1,200 fee
will be charged plus $12.00/ft. (The cost is the same whether an overhead or underground service is selected).

For improvements to lots where water crossings on lakes, rivers, or rock areas are involved, the fees will be
