Report an Outage - After Office Hours
In the event of a power outage, please call 866-258-8722.
When calling the office you will hear Barron Electric's greeting along with our office hours. The message will tell you to press 1 first if you have a touchtone phone. You will then need to press 2 to reach the 24-hour response center. If you have a rotary phone, the message will indicate to stay on the line for assistance.
Please leave the following information: billing name and spelling, fire number, telephone number, and map location number, along with a description of the problem. Your map location number is located in the Summary of Account section of your bill statement.
After leaving a message, an automated attendant will call the person on standby to inform them of your message. The person on standby will analyze the problem and dispatch a crew.
