Credits and rebates are available when you participate in the load management program for central air conditioners.
Members who participate in the load management program for central air will receive a $10 credit on their electric bill for the months of June, July, and August. The load control strategy will cycle the AC unit 15 minutes on and off during peak demand times (no longer than 5 hours, unless there is a peak alert or system emergency).

Program expires 12-15-10. Members must meet eligibility requirements, including credit. Rebates and credits do not apply on minimum bills. Ground source heat pumps are exempt from this program. Proof of purchase is needed on new central air. The central air conditioning unit will be metered on the regular rate. The unit must be 240-volt direct-wired and have a means of disconnection. The radio control unit will be installed free of charge and must be available for inspection upon the cooperative's request. Credit is available upon installation of load management equipment.
