Home Performance Assessment
Members will receive a 50% discount on the cost of the Home Performance Assessment.  Assessments are valued at $300.  A certified contractor will perform a full energy evaluation with performance testing and will recommend energy-saving home improvements.  Members pay $150 to the contractor during the site visit. Contact the Member Services Department to schedule a Home Performance Assessment. A limited number are available.

Energy Resource Conservation Loan
A 5-year weatherization and energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment loan for up to $5,000 at 3% interest is available for members who complete some or all of the recommendations from a Home Performance Assessment. An Assessment is required before the project begins and after the work is completed to measure the energy-saving results. Loans are limited to 9 per quarter and are on a first-come, first serve basis. Loans are available for insulation, energy-efficient doors, windows, and ventilation fans, Marathon electric water heater from the Cooperative, caulking, weather stripping and pre-qualified heating and cooling equipment.
